High in the sparkling mountains, where fluffy clouds danced in the blue sky and the sun painted everything golden, there was a wobbly wooden bridge that stretched over a bubbling stream. The water below sang a happy song, inviting all who passed by to come and play. One bright morning, two lively Goats, Grumpy and Sunny, approached the bridge from opposite ends.
Grumpy, with his scruffy fur and fierce eyes, stomped his hooves and declared, “I’m older! I’ll go first!” From the other side, Sunny, with her golden coat shining like a ray of sunshine, flicked her tail and said, “But I’m here too! I want to cross!”
Both Goats stepped onto the bridge at the same time and froze, the old plank creaking beneath them. The roaring water below seemed to grow louder, almost like it was cheering them on. Grumpy lowered his horns, eyes full of determination. “If you won’t move, I’ll push you!” he warned.
Sunny grinned, her eyes sparkling with mischief. “Try me!” she challenged. With a mighty CRASH, they charged at each other, their horns clashing like thunder. The bridge shook wildly, and for a moment, it felt like the whole world held its breath.
Suddenly, with a wild wobble, they both lost their balance and tumbled off the bridge with a SPLASH! The icy water enveloped them like a chilly blanket. They popped up on opposite shores, soaked and shivering, their bravado washed away.
Looking at each other, they couldn’t help but burst into giggles. Their laughter echoed through the mountains, warming their hearts. From that day on, Grumpy and Sunny learned to share and smile. Together, they crossed the bridge side by side, their friendship shining brighter than the sun.
