Timmy snatched up the Rabbit, and together they embarked on grand adventures in magical forests, battling fierce pirates and soaring through the skies. But soon, Timmy's attention was caught by a shiny mechanical lion that roared with a WHIRR-CLICK-CLICK, and marching tin soldiers that twinkled like silver. The Rabbit watched from the shelf, feeling a tinge of sadness as the new toys took Timmy’s focus.
“Look at me! I have real working parts!” the lion boasted, glancing down at the Rabbit. Just then, the old Skin Horse ambled over, his fur worn but warm with love. With gentle eyes, he asked, “Do you know what it means to be Real?”
“No, what does it mean?” the Rabbit replied, tilting his head. The Skin Horse smiled softly and spoke of love that makes toys truly special, even if they become worn or lose buttons.
