In a secret grove where the sunlight danced only a little, there lived a curious young poet named Ijaz. One day, while he was busy scribbling down his dreams of magic and adventure, a thunderous roar shattered the peaceful air. “How dare you write in MY territory!” bellowed a fierce demon, bursting from the earth with eyes glowing like fiery coals. Ijaz trembled, clutching his notebook. “I’m so sorry! I didn’t know!” he stammered, but it was too late. With a snap of its crooked fingers, the demon released a swirling cloud of white smoke that engulfed Ijaz.
With a WHOOSH, the smoke cleared, and where Ijaz had stood, a small monkey with bright, wide eyes scratched its furry head in confusion. “What just happened?” wondered the little monkey, who had just become Ijaz. He quickly scampered through the forest, bouncing over fields of colorful flowers until he reached the sparkling sea. There, he spotted a grand ship and, with a daring leap, hopped on board.
The ship sailed to the bustling city of Baghdad, alive with chattering monkeys and lively stalls. One sunny morning, a town crier announced that the King was looking for a new royal advisor. “Anyone can apply! Just send a note!” he boomed. Inspired, the little monkey grabbed a pen and paper and wrote, “Your Majesty, your search for an advisor ends with me. — A Monkey.” The townsfolk laughed, shaking their heads, but the king, intrigued, summoned the monkey to the palace.
Dressed in a sparkling royal robe, the little monkey was presented to the king. Using animated gestures and clever drawings, he answered the king's questions, astonishing everyone. Yet the king’s courtiers were furious. “A monkey cannot advise a king!” they shouted.
Meanwhile, the king’s wise daughter whispered to her father, “This monkey holds more than meets the eye! Let me help!” The next day, all eyes were on the princess as she approached the monkey, speaking sacred words, sprinkling enchanted water, and gently blowing magic into his ear. Suddenly, a shimmering light filled the room! WHOOSH! The monkey transformed back into Ijaz, tears of joy streaming down his face as he looked at his hands.
Now as the Royal Advisor, Ijaz shared his wisdom and kindness. The courtiers gasped in disbelief but soon cheered for their brilliant advisor, understanding that true worth comes from the heart, not how one appears on the outside.
